Are There Any Restrictions On Type Of Work You Can Do, For Australian Working Holiday Visa?


I’m currently from UK. Looking possibly to go to Australia on Working Holiday. What restrictions are there on type of work i can do? Or anything else i should need to consider? Thanks again.

    The only restriction is that you can’t work for any one employer for longer than 6 months. There are no restrictions on the type of work you can do unless you want to be able to extend your initial 12 months by applying for a second WHV. If you want the second 12 months, you must do at least 3 months of specified work in a regional area during your first WHV.

    I would dare say prostitution and drug dealing are excluded, most other jobs should be alright.
    The only rule being you can only work for the one employer for a period up to 6 months.
